Sampol reinforces its commitment to innovation and young talent by sponsoring CREALab by Sampol, the new laboratory of the Polytechnic Faculty of the UIB (University of the Balearic Islands).
CREALab by Sampol is a space open to all students, linked to innovation, knowledge transfer, collaboration and continuous improvement. It is equipped with tools, machines and a 3D printer with the idea of fostering collaboration and practical learning in an innovative environment.
At the inauguration on March 19, the company and the talent programs were presented, and the students themselves were able to learn about the projects on which the students of the STEM disciplines are working. The event was attended by: Toni Mesquida, deputy director of business relations of the UIB; Gabriel Cardona, director of the polytechnic school of the UIB and Ramon Pujol, head of studies of the polytechnic school of the UIB. On behalf of the SAMPOL Group: EstefanÃa Uriarte, Head of Talent Selection and Development; Javier Morales, Engineering Director; and Guillem Cota, Control Engineering Coordinator.
