Talent programmes

A corporate programme designed to provide opportunities for students in the final years of their studies or master’s degree, with the main goal of acquiring skills and knowledge to start and develop a professional career with us.

Our Talent Program also includes:

  • Engineering up: For students or recent graduates in university studies in STEM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
  • FP SAMPOL STEM: For vocational training students in STEM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)

– Curricular or extracurricular internships.

– Flexible working hours adapted to studies.

– Paid internships.

– Possibility of continued employment through a job contract after completing the internship period. More than 60% of our Talent Program participants are later hired, allowing them to continue expanding their knowledge and gaining professional experience at an international company with more than 1,500 employees like SAMPOL.  

– Possibility of doing an internship at our offices in Madrid/Palma de Mallorca or abroad.

– Being part of a dynamic, multinational and multidisciplinary team in which to develop professionally.

– Training related to assigned functions and professional development in the field of engineering.
