SAMPOL has been awarded the contract for the refurbishment of part of the villas of the Hotel Grand Palladium Bávaro, in the Dominican Republic.
The remodeling that we will carry out is a consequence of the improvement that the hotel chain is carrying out in its hotels. From SAMPOL we will remodel 232 rooms and we will take care of the special installations, electricity, air conditioning equipment and the improvement of the sanitary and plumbing elements.
Work is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.
ELECTRICAL WORK:
- Disassembly of electrical installations.
- Control and lighting installation wiring and conduit.
- Installation of new electrical panels.
- Placement of mechanisms and lighting.
WORK ON MECHANICAL INSTALLATIONS:
- Disassembly of climatic and sanitary equipment.
- Installation of new toilets and faucets.
- Installation of air conditioning equipment, accessories and ventilation ducts.
SAMPOL has already renovated the hotel’s mechanical and electrical installations.
