Commitment and technology in action
SAMPOL has been part of the humanitarian response team deployed by the Government of the Balearic Islands to support DANA-affected areas in the Valencian Community. This emergency response unit included volunteers from Civil Protection, firefighters from across the Balearic archipelago, IBANAT technicians, environmental agents, specialists from the Directorate General for Emergencies and personnel from SAMU 061.
As the only private company in the response team, SAMPOL contributed with two support technicians to deploy a transportable TETRA station, ensuring efficient and secure communications. This system was reinforced by generators and Starlink satellite connectivity, among other resources. The aim of this action was to support emergency services in disaster-stricken areas.
Once again, SAMPOL reaffirms its commitment to the community, demonstrating its ability to provide technological solutions in emergency situations, while highlighting the importance of innovation and rapid disaster response.
