Our goal is to become a leading international engineering company in the development of R&D+i projects, recognised for our innovation, sustainability and operational excellence. We aspire to be a driving force for change, promoting cutting-edge technological solutions, creating high-quality employment and fostering a highly skilled and committed multidisciplinary team

Our R&D+i strategy is focused on technological excellence and international collaboration, positioning the company as a key player in leading-edge projects that enhance our expertise and competitiveness within the sector. To achieve this goal, we have defined the following strategic pillars:

    We focus on obtaining and executing European research projects, particularly in key areas such as smart grids, energy efficiency and sustainability. This allows us to gain experience, build strategic networks and earn international recognition.

    We encourage coordinated participation across different departments in R&D+i projects, maximising internal learning and strengthening the company’s know-how.

Environmental conservation, the protection of the nartural environment and the sustainable use of resources are commitments integrated into our business strategy.

At SAMPOL, we are commited to minimizing the impact of our activities on the environment; to the conservation and sustainable use of natural resources; to the use of renewable energy sources; to the optimal management of the waste generated; and to raising awareness among our employees about the adoption of good environmental management practices.
Decarbonization
We are working to reduce our carbon footprint by designing an environmentally friendly climate strategy. The replacement of the most emiting technologies through investment in renewables and the circular econoomy are our challenges in moving towards a sustainable future.

Our 2025 targets for decabornization are:

- 5% reduction of the carbon footprint derived from direct emissions due to fuel consumption in fixed installations.

- 10% reduction in the carbon footprint derived from direct emissions from fuel consumption in vehicles and mobile machinery.

- 5% reduction of the carbon footprint derived from indirect emissions due to electricity consumption.
Circular Economy
At SAMPOL, we are commited to the circular economy and waste reduction in our operations. Adhering to the Pact for a Circular Economy since 2017, our commitment is to incorporate circular economy principles in our operational processes. We promote the rational use of resources and responsibly manage waste and products at the end of their useful life.

We are working on zero plastic initiatives in our offices to phase out single-use plastics and zero paper by digitizing processes.

Through our affordable and environmentally sustainable energy production system installatioin solutions, we help reduce our customer's energy, water and carbon footprint, and carbon footprint of our customers.
Renewable energies and energy efficiency
At SAMPOL we work to obtain the best results in any activity using the least possible amount of energy resources. This allows us to reduce the consumption of any type of energy and the possible environmental impacts associated with it.

Our cogeneration plants with clean fuels and hybridization with renewable energies have a direct impact on reducing greenhouse gas emissions and mitigating climate change.

Social commitment
We work to achieve more equitable, inclusive and sustainable societies. Our objective is to actively contribute to improving the socioeconomic system of the communities in which we are present through the creation of local employment, the labor integration of people at risk of social exclusion and donations to non-profit social entities.

We also provide sposorship and patronage for inititives in the fields of health, culture and education.

The promotion of transparency in relations and communications is the guiding in corporate governance, as well as the fight against corruption and bribery, which is expressly stated in our Code of Ethics.

The purpose of the Code of Ethics is to constitute an express statement of the values, ethical principles and standards of conduct that should govern the behvior of all professionals who make up SAMPOL in the development of their work, anywhere in the world.
