III. Personal data protection.
The User authorises the processing of personal data voluntarily provided. Likewise, the User is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided. This portal reserves the right to exclude from registered services any individual who has provided false data, without prejudice to any other legal actions that may apply.
The data provided by the User will be used solely for the purposes specified in the corresponding administrative procedure or action.

IV. Use of digital certificates and electronic signatures.
Digital certification is the only method that technically and legally guarantees a person’s identity on the Internet. It is an essential requirement for public institutions to offer secure online services.
User certificates, such as those issued by the Fábrica Nacional de Moneda y Timbre (RCM-FNMT), among others, contain the following data:
- User identification details: NIF (Tax Identification Number), full name or company name.
- Certificate number
- Certificate issuance date.
- Certificate expiration date.
- Public key, and
- Digital signature of the issuing entity.
This set of data, together with the private key stored in the browser or web server of the certificate owner, ensures that, when used for digital signature generation and encryption, communications between browsers and web servers are conducted with authenticity, confidentiality, integrity and non-repudiation of exchanged messages.
Furthermore, digital certificate data is processed exclusively for validation and authentication purposes. The data will not be processed for any other purpose or transferred to third parties, except in the cases permitted by law.
V. Intellectual and industrial property.
The source code, graphic designs, images, photographs, sounds, animations, software, texts, domain names, trademarks and all other information and content on this website are protected under Spanish law and are the exclusive property of this portal.
The use, reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any similar or analogous activity is strictly prohibited without the express authorisation of this portal’s administrators.
