DESCRIPTION: Cogeneration Plant based on two natural gas engines, a heat recovery steam generator (HRSG) to produce saturated steam from engines exhaust gases and a heat exchangers system to recover heat from engines cooling circuits to produce hot water. The plant is integrated with a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) as back-up system. Cogeneration represents a 40% reduction in fuel consumption, and therefore in emissions to the environment.
