DESCRIPTION: Refurbishment, redesign, commissioning and O&M of the trigeneration plant using natural gas engines for electricity generation. The plant provides cooling energy to control the temperature of the Data Center server room. High system reliability is required to continuously supply the cooling demand. The plant has the capacity to work as an island in critical circumstances.
