ENERGY – ESCO, 2005
20-YEAR CONCESSION FOR COGENERATION PLANT
Description: Dual power plant that provides electricity, heating and cooling to supply the energy demand of the T4 terminal (470,000 m2) and T4-S (315,000 m2) of Madrid Barajas, the largest airport in Spain and the 6th largest in Europe. The distribution of heat and cold is done through a district network. The plant has the capacity to work as an island in critical circumstances
