Carmen Sampol, CEO of Grupo SAMPOL, participated as a speaker at the Spain–Puerto Rico Business Forum, held on November 3 at the headquarters of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Madrid.
During the panel “Puerto Rico as a Reshoring Hub,” Carmen Sampol highlighted Puerto Rico’s role as a gateway to the U.S. market and as a strategic pillar in Grupo SAMPOL’s international expansion.
She also emphasized the challenges of adapting to U.S. regulations and business culture, particularly regarding visas and double taxation, and underscored the importance of institutional collaboration and local talent as key elements of the success achieved.
