SAMPOL has been awarded the engineering and installation of all systems associated with RCD Hotels’ Hotel Doma in the Dominican Republic.
The installations we are carrying out at the hotel include:
- Electrical.
- Sanitary.
- Plumbing.
- Telecommunications.
- HVAC.
- Fire detection and suppression.
- Control.
- BMS.
The hotel comprises two 18-storey towers connected by the lobby, restaurants, communal areas and a convention hall. Additionally, it features a sports centre, spa, beach club and three swimming pools.
The two towers house a total of 96 apartments, divided into one-, two- and three-bedroom units. The top three floors are penthouses (luxury attics). The basement contains the machinery room, pumping systems and main electrical rooms.
