DESCRIPTION: Trigeneration plant with heat recovery to supply hot and cold water for DHW and climatizationn to the 4,800 y2 Business Park (18 buildings), two schools and UIB’s university campus. Centralization of the heating and cooling production to supply the client’s demand using a district network. First project developed in Spain using this technology. The plant is designed to operate in island mode under critical circumstances.

- 2 x Exhaust gases recovery boilers.
- 1 x Gasoil conventional boiler.
- 1 x Biomass boiler.

COOLING PRODUCTION (43 ºF)
- 2 x Absorption chillers.
- 2 x Water cooled chillers.
- 2 x open circuit cooling towers
