The project is structured around three main buildings: two dedicated exclusively to rooms, while the third will include a mix of rooms and restaurants.<\/p>\n<p>At the heart of the complex, between all the buildings, will be the main pool and common areas, along with small restaurants. The beachfront restaurant will be the primary dining venue. <strong>In the rooms, we will manage electricity, control room, air conditioning, fire extinguishing, signage, plumbing and sanitation. We will also work in the hotel\u2019s common areas and general networks. In the common areas of the hotel, we will take care of the electricity (LV), air conditioning, fire extinguishing and plumbing.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The project is expected to be completed by October 2024.
